2.1 Membership is by invitation or application only and subject to approval by Continental Club’s management.

2.3 Membership is non-transferable and remains the property of Continental Club.
3. Membership Fees & Renewals
3.1 Fees for membership are subject to change at the discretion of Continental Club.

4. Member Conduct & Club Policies
4.1 Members must adhere to the club’s strict code of conduct, including respectful behaviour towards staff and other members.
4.2 Disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal activities within the club premises will result in immediate membership termination.
4.3 Members are financially responsible for any damage they or their guests cause to the club’s property.
5. Guest Policy
5.1 Members may invite guests, but all guests must be pre-approved and comply with club policies.

7.2 Members may organise private events within the club, subject to management approval.
7.3 Reservations must be cancelled within the designated time frame to avoid penalties. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event.
7.4 The club reserves the right to modify or cancel events without prior notice. If the club itself cancels an event, refunds of deposits will then be processed.
7.5 Member discounts and priority services are subject to change, especially when involving third-party providers.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Personal data provided by members will be stored securely and used solely for membership administration and club communication.
8.2 The club will not share personal data with third parties without member consent, except where required by law.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
9.1 Continental Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring within the club.
9.2 Members enter and use club facilities at their own risk.
10. Termination & Suspension
10.1 Continental Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates club policies.
10.2 Membership may also be revoked if a member engages in conduct that damages the club’s reputation or operations.
10.3 Suspended or terminated members are not eligible for refunds on membership fees.

11.2 Continued use of the club and its services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12.1 Continental Club shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances impacting club operations.
